Repairs and maintenance of intra field roads and road structure located in the contract area west Qurna

The contract contented of paving and repair the roads networks and included a new additional service roads and install traffic lights (Street Light Pole, railing freeway corrugated guardrail, protective fences,
roads traffic sign) inside West Qurna oilfield area in Basra, southern of Iraq.The total cost of the project is about 20 million US Dollar .the project has been handed over to the client within a period that was planning at the end of 2013.
Engineering and procurement and construction of customs zone and LME warehouse ,zone A at the West Qurna field/2 CY-13-8015-0007
The project contained a residential and management camp equipped with all necessary facility for residents and administrative (the headquarters building, residence buildings, restaurant , laundry and sports facility) and service facility (Energy main units, emergency energy units , drainage and sewage lift station) and communications facility had also included (wireless communications unit and Internet service unit), security was the mean conditions to be established (hydraulic secure gates, guard towers and control and monitoring systems) With the construction a road that leading this facility 200 m length. the project has been handed over, less than a year.
Provision of Repair and Maintenance Services for Interfiled Roads and Road Structures for West Qurna Field (2nd Phase), Republic Of Iraq CY-14-8015-0107
With Cost more than 48 million US Dollar,LUKOIL MID-EAST LIMITED commissioned our company
for rehabilitation and maintenance main roads of West Qurna , This project divided into seven
parts (B-G, A-B, A-F, F-E, C-D, H-J, H-I) around 47 km totally length and contented more than 15 pipe and box culverts inside second oil field ,Basra, Iraq with installing all necessary road furnishes (Street Light Pole, railing freeway corrugated guardrail, protective fences, roads traffic sign). The project finished in December 2017 .
Provision of Road and Off-Plot Infrastructure Maintenance & Modification Serv ices at the West Qurna (Phase 2) Oilfield No.CY-17-8015-0028
The work include group of items starting from Clearing of area , Demolition of concrete structures, Excavation, Selected subgrade courses, Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement, in structure, Machinery Portland cement concrete pavement, Fencing, Traffic signs, Road Markings, Furnishing and planting of greenery, concrete, in structure, Piles, Waterproofing and membranes, Pipe culverts, Steel Services ,apply HDPI material in clusters and Others. The total cost for the contract 8 million US Dollar , the duration of the contract 4 years starting from Feb. 2017 . The work in this contract include also construction of clusters with their facilities with distance about 4000 M² and cover them with HDPI.
Reconstruction of Intrafield Roads and Road Structures for WQ (Phase 2), Iraq No. CY-18-8015- 0162
The work included paving roads network strating form cleaning work area , excavation , backfill with clean soil , backfill with tested subbase , asphalt paving with compaction according to LukOil directions ,marking the road & installation of road signs. The project also contained additional works (Pipe & Box culverts ).
Provision of Brick Wall construction for General processing facilities No.3 in Halfaya CPF3 & related system project in Iraq
The work include excavation 3400 cubic meter to build brick wall with all the necessary needed (blinding concrete & reinforced Concrete & Backfilling the rounded area , install off steel fence then the razor wire & final cement mortar with 22 mm TH and finally pain the wall. The total length of the wall is 2375 m. The work also include brick wall painting & Asphalt Paint for both sides.
Provision of Asphalt Concrete Road Construction for Central Processing Facilities No.3
The work included excavate the natural ground for network of roads , backfill with sub bace then asphalt paving, road length was 9.0 KM inside CPF3 halfaya oil field.
Provision of civil works for water injection boosting station upgrade
The works included build of 25 Rooms with different dimensions from brick and provide them with all the necessary requirements ( Tank foundations, T-Walls, furniture , internet , CCTV system, etc. ).
Provision of Civil & Precast Concrete Pile & Spherical Tank Foundation Construction Works for GPP
The work included cast of 1600 Pcs of piles with 30*30*19M length for each with installation inside GPP area and casting of spherical tank foundations with all the related woks. work duration one year.
Provision of Pipelines Construction Works for GPP Project
The work included construction of 6 lines of dry gas pipelines with a length of 10 km for each line and with different diameters 4,8,10,12 and two lines of 24 inches, the project will be implemented at the end of the current year
Provision of Foundation Construction Works for GPP Project
The work included Construction of a spherical tank foundations for GPP project inside Halfaya Oil field.
PROVIDING GENERAL CIVIL PACKAGE SERVICE
The work included excavate the natural ground for network of roads , backfill with subbase then asphalt paving with length was 9.0 KM inside EBS oil field.
PROVISION OF SUPPLYING T-WALL & WATCHTOWER FOR S1 & S2 CAMPS
The works included casting of precast T-walls 3 & 3.65 M length and watch towers and install them in EBS oil field.
Provision of road construction & maintenance package in EBS oilfield
The work included provide of maintenance works for concrete and asphalt roads with length 8 KM inside EBS oil field.
Provision of well site & access road Work package in EBS oilfield
The work included construction of well bad (earthworks, and concrete works )and construction of access road 2 KM length
Provision of Supplying T-Wall , Watchtower, BRC & barbed wires in EBS oilfield
The work included casting and installation of precast T-walls and watch tower and steel gates.
Provision of S2-2 Camp Construction Project
The work included construction of camp in S2 area inside EBS oil field and provide it with electricity, internet, CCTV, Sewage and water system and all the related facilities .
Construction Flowline From Wellhead To PTF (3 Wells)
The work included Construction Seamless Steel Pipe 3.5 ” pipeline with all the related parts with 8 KM
Civil Work for Flowline & OGM Construction Projec in EBS Oilfield
The work included Construction of 6 KM from buried seamless 3LPE Steel Pipe, 406.4*9.53mm(16″) API 5L PSL2 BNS,
Bsmaya new city project for sewage water and discharge line
The work included 20 KM length from 1800 M and 1600 M pipeline for sewage and rain water lying from filtering station to in Basmaya city the processing station near target river with the manholes and all related facilities.
WQ1 FOD building renovation
Rehabilitation and extension addition FOD building (3 floors) that belong to Al-Bregcia oilfield west Qurna /1 in Basra, Iraq. This contract content to rehabilitation and redecoration with first class finishing and furnishing and changing the IT system , electricity , plumbing and sewage with adding the emergence electricity unit ( 4 generator with 1 megawatt capacity ) with all necessary works that needs for complete the project.
